The Ultimate Travel Company is a luxury holidays and escorted tours specialist with a reputation for exceptional customer service and peerless product knowledge.
We were commissioned to conduct the first large-scale appraisal of the brand since the company was founded over 30 years ago, as well as define a new creative look and feel for their brand communications.
Working closely with key stakeholders, we helped redefine The Ultimate Travel Company’s core brand values from within with the aim of creating a more cohesive and compelling consumer-facing brand identity.
In tandem with a series of brand workshops, we developed the new brand – visually and verbally – and penned a full rationale for usage and application in the brand book.
