Brand Identity for The New Zealand Cellar

A vibrant brand identity and e-commerce website for the New Zealand wine specialist.

The New Zealand Cellar asked Spinach to create a new brand identity, encompassing a visual identity and verbal identity.

Set-up by New Zealand wine expert Melanie Brown, the wine buyer and sommelier at The Providores, London, The New Zealand Cellar is focused on sourcing and selling unique New Zealand wines.

The brand identity project included creating the logo, choosing original fonts and images to reflect the retailer’s startup vibrancy and exciting New World wines portfolio.

After creating a strong brand identity with these components, we designed and developed a responsive e-commerce website to hold it all together.

On-going activity has included the design and development of supporting advertising, direct mail and packaging.
